Jennifer Cryder, CPA, is the CEO of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, one of the oldest, largest, and most respected associations of CPAs in the nation. In leading this 18,000+ member organization, Cryder is pushing the profession forward as a leading voice on the future of firm business models, CPA licensure, and growing access to the profession. Prior to joining PICPA, Cryder practiced as an auditor at a national accounting firm, and credits her first-hand experience with her passion for building a stronger profession. Under her leadership, PICPA is positioned as a leader in shaping how the profession responds to talent, technology, and business model challenges and opportunities. Cryder was selected by Accounting Today as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Accounting in 2023 and 2024.
